Code - Description

 

0 No fault

53 PDE injector pump 3rd cylinder. Poor solenoid valve operation

11 High revs. One or both sensors overspeed motor shaft 3000 rpm.

54 PDE pump nozzles 4 cylinders. Poor solenoid valve operation

12 Faulty sensor №1 speed motor shaft or signal failure

55 PDE pump injector 5 cylinder. Poor solenoid valve operation

13 Faulty sensor № 2 speed motor shaft or signal failure

56 PDE pump injector 6 cylinder. Poor solenoid valve operation

14 Faulty cooling temperature sensor liquid or signal failure

57 PDE pump injector 7 cylinder. Poor solenoid valve operation

15 Faulty charge sensor air or signal failure

58 PDE pump injector 8 cylinder. Poor solenoid valve operation

16 Faulty charge pressure sensor air or signal failure

59 Signal failure in an external ADC

17 Faulty oil temperature sensor or signal failure

61 Incorrect block shutdown management

18 Faulty oil pressure sensor or signal failure

66 Engine shutdown due to low level coolant

Code - Description of SCANIA Marine Engine fault

 

111 Fault signal from the device for fine adjustment of the nominal speed engine.

112 Fault signal from the accelerator pedal sensor.

121 Incorrect signal from the resistor module according to the controller settings.

122 Invalid signal from the resistor module according to the idle and fixed speed settings engine.

13 No communication (EMS) with the engine.

14 Short circuit in the tachometer circuit.

15 Faulty atmospheric pressure sensor.

17 Short circuit in the cable of the coolant temperature sensor.

18 Short circuit in the oil pressure sensor circuit.

19 Short circuit in the signal lamp circuit of the oil pressure sensor.

21 Different versions of the protocol transferred to the data between the coordinator and EMS.

22 Faulty ignition key or short circuit.

23 Very high operating voltage.

24 Very low operating voltage.

25 Invalid value of the checksum (checksum) End-of-Line (EOL)

26 Missing heading sensor or defective.

27 Non-existing signals from the remote control (ROB - Remote Control Box).

28 Invalid signals from sync switches.

29 Malfunction of the ignition system on the control panel or short circuit.
