Founded in 2002, the Meridian Yachts was engaged in the production of flybridge yachts.

The shipyard began a fever in the fall of 2008 when, due to a 40% drop in domestic sales, Brunswiсk Corporation decided to close the Meridian plant in Arlington.
Production moved to Florida, most employees were fired. In 2016, the company finally stopped producing yachts.
The Meridian plant was located in Arlington from 2002 to 2008, 45 miles from Seattle, Washington. The main material of the cases was fiberglass.
The emphasis was on the quality of work and materials, as well as equipping boats with the most modern electronic equipment.
The company specialized in the construction of flybridge planing yachts 10-18 m long and has achieved impressive success in this segment.
